Like I sad, I am not super confident about who reads my posts or anything but if you are reading this my friend could use your help.

My friend Anna Kann is trying to go to Africa through TOMS! She is on of the most selfless people I have ever met and I cannot think of anyone who deserves it more than her. It only takes about 3 minutes to do and you can opt out of all the emails! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help her dream happen!

She would be an amazing candidate for this trip not only due to her willingness to help but her drive to make the world a better place. I am not just saying that I promise.

if you haven’t watched this film with the commentary then you are missing out, it’s hilarious. “Lemony Snicket” was completely unhappy with the film and wanted no real part of it and so in the commentary he just fucks about. Seriously, at one point he gets out an accordion and drowns out the director with his playing

Jimmy Hales is a gay Mormon dude that spent a year coming out to friends and family while he recorded everyone’s reactions. The movie he created from all the footage is funny and hopeful and bittersweet. Everyone he tells clearly still loves him after they know he’s gay, but they’re all very sad for him because now he’ll never be married, never have his own planet, and will be expected to remain celibate for the rest of his life. Jimmy also believes this to be true and willingly accepts it.

I thought some of the reactions were funny, and I think he’s very brave for coming out to the whole world this way, but it still bums me out that he’s totally resigned to being alone for the rest of his life. You know there are guys crushing on him right now after they saw the video. I genuinely hope someday two gay Mormon dudes can get married and it will be a pure beautiful double-Priesthood love the Church will understand
